Your responsibilities will include assisting with scheduling, managing communications, organizing meetings, and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day tasks.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.Minimum RequirementsTertiary education in Business, Project Management, Marketing, or related fields advantageous.Minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role or field of experience.Skilled in administration programs like Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Genuine passion for learning and development.Manage and coordinate executive schedules, meetings, and travel arrangementsPrepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondenceServe as a point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholdersOversee office administration tasks to ensure efficient operationAssist with event planning, client liaison, and project managementHandle confidential information with discretion and professionalismPerform various administrative duties as needed to support the teamQualifications:Tertiary education in Business, Project Management, Marketing, or related fields advantageous.Minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role or field of experience.Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative roleStrong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and office management systemsAbility to work independently and take initiativeProfessional demeanor and the ability to work under pressureWhy Join Our Client?A collaborative and innovative work environmentOpportunities for career development and growthCompetitive salary and benefits packageReady to Join?
