Tertiary Qualification(s)Matric Additional Computer Skills ? 3-year experience and effective working knowledge of a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Computer Literacy - Intermediate Electives ? Operations: Extensive knowledge and hands on skill related to Inbound processes, excellent facility housekeeping (5S) and batch and expiry control; ? Communication: Must communicate effectively (written and verbal) to manage and meet client expectations; Job-related Requirements ? Minimum of 3 years' experience in a warehousing / logistics environment OR;? Minimum of 2 years' experience in a FMCG and / or pharmaceutical environment.
Duties and Responsibilities: • Manage Returns Processes:o Ensure offloading of vehicles and receiving process is followed;o Ensure documents and registers are completed and filed;o Ensure products are checked according to specified criteria, counted, quality checked and matches with paperwork;o Ensure that end-to-end investigations are done accurately and on time as per the SLA.o Ensure receiving and put-away KPi's are met as per client agreement.o Ensure Returns SOP's, process flows and work instructions are adhered to, by all members of your team.o Ensure client specified SOP's are followed as per client agreement.o Ensure Returns accuracy on all process levels, and at all times.• Manage Returns Reporting:o Ensure registers are completed daily.o Ensure forms are completed daily.o Ensure end-of-day data is reported in a timeously manner.o Ensure all Returns reporting as specified is submitted accurately and within deadlines.o Ensure Reporting accuracy on all process levels, and at all times.• Assist and be involved in Risk Management that includes:o Operation Assessmentso SHERQ/Risk Auditso Quality Management Systems• Identify areas of Non-Conformance and drive continual improvement initiatives within your department.• Adhere to Health and Safety standards and create awareness.• Assist Management with ad hoc operational objectives.• Strong Communication / Interpersonal skills.• Willingness to achieve success in role and motivate team members.• Strong decision-making ability and confident to operate independently.• Ability to operate under extreme pressure.
