This role will provide essential administrative support within the Housing sector in London.

The role of Administrative Assistant: Provide full administrative support to the team. Liaising directly with residents, providing a high level of customer service. Supporting the Housing Officers and Property Managers in their day-to-day tasks. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records. Coordinate with other departments and external organisations as needed. Prepare and distribute relevant documents and reports. Perform other related duties as assigned. A successful Housing Administrative Assistant should have: Knowledge of the Housing sector Proven administrative and customer service skills. Excellent communication and organisation. Computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel. The ability to manage your own workload and prioritise accordingly. A keen eye for detail and accuracy. A positive and proactive approach to tasks. Ability to work well in a team and independently.
