Job description:
The Administrative Assistant is primarily responsible for performing after sales service to customers, thereby contributing to the ongoing customer relationship. The focus of the role is to provide quality service and maximise customer retention and referral, in line with the Practice Service model and Procedures. The role needs excellent client relationship management and office administrative skills.
Responsibilities:
Handling administration related to risk portfolios
Handling administration related to medical aid and life insurance
Handling switches
Compliance management
Monthly review schedules
Life companies to facilitate quotes
Interact, manage and provide effective client service
Implement new business
Prepare client files
Process client queries and instructions
Maintain the CRM system
Minimum Requirements:
Matric Certificate
RE 5 (Advantageous)
NQF 5 Certificate in Wealth Management (Advantageous)
2 - 3 years experience with risk and medical aid services
Computer literate (MS Outlook, Excel, Word, CRMs)
Skillset Required:
Team player
Attention to detail
Professional email and phone etiquette
Ability to work independently
Initiative
Adaptable and fast learner
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good administration, organisation, and planning skills
Able to handle admin pressure
