Deltamune invites all suitably qualified and experienced candidates to apply for the following vacancy.Position PurposeTo support the Business Development Manager with administrative tasks, sales reporting, sales analysis (high level in Excel) and assist with social media platforms and creative design work.Key Accountabilities:Assist Business Development Manager with all administrative tasksHighly skilled in Excel and Canva or any creative portalAble to manage Social Media PlatformsFast working and time management skillsSkilled in quick thinking and problem solvingSelf-motivated, driven and able to work independentlySpecificationsQualification:Administrative Qualification/Computer Course Qualification/ExcelEssential Knowledge / Experience:Microsoft Excel (high level)Canva/CRM SystemKey Skills / Attributes / Position Specific Competencies:Sales Analysis and reportingExperience with managing a LinkedIn profileWork on our internal ERP/CRM SystemDesign fliers/adverts on Canva or other design portalManage Outlook for the Business Development Manager
