MSA Outsourcing Solutions is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide essential administrative support for one of our UK-based clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring that day-to-day tasks are managed efficiently.
Responsibilities: Manage and organize digital files, ensuring that all documentation is easily accessible and up to date.
Handle scheduling and calendar management for team members and clients.
Coordinate communication, including emails and inquiries, ensuring timely responses.
Assist with data entry, research, and reporting tasks as needed.
Support project management by tracking deadlines and following up with team members.
Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, invoicing, and database management.
Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
Requirements Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and time multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
