Job ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive administrative support to various departments.Efficiently manage calendars, schedules, and appointments.Handle all correspondence promptly and professionally.Assist in preparing and organizing documents and reports.Perform accurate and efficient data entry as required.Perform general office duties.Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.Take ownership of assigned tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Display a proactive attitude and actively seek opportunities to learn and grow.RequirementsExcellent technical skills with a strong understanding of various software applications (MS Office Suite, Google Suite, etc.
