Your key responsibilities will include:Providing comprehensive administrative support to maintain office efficiency.Handling incoming phone calls and scheduling meetings.Executing various administrative tasks.Managing administrative projects by scheduling and delegating tasks to ensure timely completion.Demonstrating professional and courteous communication via phone, email, and mail.Supporting the team through organization and effective communication.Providing information and responding to inquiries and requests.Managing office supplies inventory by monitoring stock levels and expediting orders as needed.Contributing to team success by accomplishing related tasks as required.Work Hours:Standard working hours with flexibility for remote work when needed.Opportunities for career growth and development.Administrative Assistant Skills and Qualifications:To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:Strong reporting and administrative writing skills.Proficiency in Google Suite and Odoo ERP bonus.Ability to manage processes and maintain organization.Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Professionalism and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.Experience in supply management and inventory control.Education and Experience Requirements:High school certificate or equivalent education.Minimum of 3 years of administrative assistant experience.Knowledge of appropriate software, including Google Suite.Call To Action:Ready to join our innovative team and contribute to our success?
