Key Responsibilities: Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence. Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Maintain and update company databases and records. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations. Assist with invoicing, billing, and other basic accounting tasks. Handle office supplies and inventory management. Support other team members with various tasks as needed. Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus. Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Personal Attributes: Reliable and punctual. Friendly and professional demeanor.
