Job Description The Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our organization.
This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills.
The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, assist with project coordination, and ensure efficient office operations.
Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support to management and staff.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, including emails, memos, and reports.
Organize and maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, and reports for accuracy and clarity.
Assist in the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures.
Oversee office supplies inventory and order materials as needed.
Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
Coordinate office events, meetings, and training sessions.
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing professional and courteous assistance.
Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Maintain databases and assist in data entry and management tasks.
Generate reports and summaries as required.
Collaborate with team members on various projects and initiatives.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning efforts.
Requirements Qualifications : Post Matric Certificate or Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Office Management).
Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a corporate or office environment.
