We are looking for a highly motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team and help us drive revenue growth.
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our Technical Sales in their sales and customer success efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and organizational support to the Technical Sales team by managing and coordinating tasks and activities across the sales process.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience.Experience in an administrative role supporting a sales team.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities: Coordinating and scheduling meetings, calls, and presentations with prospective and existing clients.Supporting the Technical Sales Representatives in developing proposals and presentations for new and existing clients.Maintaining client and prospect records in the company CRM and ensuring data accuracy.Supporting the Technical Sales Representatives in preparing client invoices and coordinating payment.Assisting with travel arrangements and expense reports for the Technical Sales Representatives.Providing general administrative support to the sales team as needed.Please take note that initial correspondence will be via email & WA.
