Are you an extrovert who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels under pressure? If so, we are looking for you Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Business Development Manager Manage and organize office operations and procedures. Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint. Maintain accurate records and files. Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Ensure the office is presentable and well-maintained. Taking minutes from various briefs and meetings. Key Requirements: Meticulous and thorough in completing tasks. Proactive and motivated to achieve goals. Professional appearance and demeanor. Excellent verbal communication skills. Proficient in writing clear and professional emails. Competent in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Strong organizational and administrative abilities. Open to acquiring new skills and knowledge. Must have reliable transportation Own vehicle is highly advantageous Creative problem-solving skills. Qualifications: Matric Tertiary education is an added bonus Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role is preferred. Working hours: Monday - Thursday (7.30 am - 4.30 pm) Friday (7.30 am - 2pm) Remuneration: R10 000 - R12 000 monthly Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
