The Administration Manager will be accountable for administration process excellence for the Department. Ensuring optimal workflow within the department in regards to procedures and policies to mitigate risk and or improve operational efficienciesAre you someone who can: Provision of an efficient administration service through careful and timeous planning, reporting and updating of all related informationComply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirementsManage costs / expenses within approved budget to achieve cost efficienciesPrecise, systematic and rule-oriented in gathering, reviewing and evaluating data from a variety of perspectives; includes the ability to work with precision and highlight inaccuracies and inconsistencies in detailed informationAnticipates, recognizes and meets the needs of internal and external customers, taking responsibility for maintaining the highest service standards and developing and sustaining productive client relationshipsListens attentively, presents information in a clear manner and responds appropriately to the verbal and written communication of othersYou will be an ideal candidate if you: Diploma and Degree3 to 5 years working experience in the similar roleInsurance and claims backgroundYou will have access to: Opportunities to network and collaborateA challenging working environmentOpportunities to innovateWe can be a match if you are: Adaptable and curiousHave a proven successful track record.Thrive in a collaborative environmentAre you interested to take the step?
