Minimum requirements: Related Administration Degree Coordinate with teams (TL, Auditors, Actuary, Accounting) to ensure timely delivery of audits, evaluations, and member benefit statements Provide regular reporting to the Board and relevant sub-committees Collaborate with the Support and Special Projects Manager to ensure system capabilities align with fund administration requirements Foster team morale and ensure adherence to HR practices and policies Oversee team attendance, timekeeping, leave management, and recruitment processes Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills Consultant: Debbie Watkyns - Dante Personnel Cape Town
