Minimum requirements: Related Administration DegreeCoordinate with teams (TL, Auditors, Actuary, Accounting) to ensure timely delivery of audits, evaluations, and member benefit statementsProvide regular reporting to the Board and relevant sub-committeesCollaborate with the Support and Special Projects Manager to ensure system capabilities align with fund administration requirementsFoster team morale and ensure adherence to HR practices and policiesOversee team attendance, timekeeping, leave management, and recruitment processesDemonstrate strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skillsConsultant: Debbie Watkyns - Dante Personnel Cape Town
