Full job descriptionOversee processes and support business functions to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls, and ensuring timely and professional responses.Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining supplies, equipment, and facilities, and ensuring a clean, safe, and productive work environment.Entering Stock data into databases, spreadsheets, or software systems, and generating reports as required by management.Providing administrative assistance to executives, managers, and team members.Excellent communication skills, exceptional organizational ability, high attention to detail and ability to multi task.Solid team player and interpersonal skills.Grade 12.Previous administration experience will be advantageous.Computer literate.Between 1 - 3 Years
