An exciting opportunity exists for an Administration Controller at Logistics Support Services Division in Isando, Johannesburg. The purpose of the role is to drive and implement solutions and controls relating to transport as well as third party transporters.

Job Specification:
Key Performance Areas:
Accurate rate cards published monthly
Reconciling supplier invoices with internal control and authorizing payments to supplier
Verify processing of purchase orders, journals, sundry invoicing and sorting out all queries related to processing and relevant documents
Track claims processed and ensure deductions made accordingly
Accurate inbound/outbound volume are supplied to the respective regions
Compile monthly reporting pack of expenses vs forecast or budget
Ensure accuracy of information on the combined transport pack, to ensure all reporting is done correctly
Verify compilation of monthly reports and presentations for suppliers
Handle daily queries and ensure completion within acceptable timeframe
Ensure risk tracker kept up to date and do follow-ups with transporters for outstanding information
Compile annual expense outsourced transport budgets in conjunction with Administration Manager
Assist the department whenever required
Minimum Requirements:
Experience:
3 years' experience in a similar role
Experience working with various transporters and query resolution is essential
Must have working experience in customer services and query resolution environments
SAP knowledge is essential
Advanced MS Excel skills is essential
Qualifications:
Completed Grade 12 / Matric is essential
Completed tertiary qualification in Logistics Management / Supply Chain Management / Business Management / Accounting / Financial Management is advantageous
Additional Requirements:
Basic accounting knowledge is essential
