Bureau Veritas Inspectorate Laboratories is looking for a Administration Assistant for the metals and minerals division.
This position is based in Richards Bay.
.
• National certificate/ Matric passed• Fluent English read and write• Computer literate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint Duties and Responsibilities • Ensure that all administration is running efficiently for the rendition of services.• Opening of job files for all new work on Flex (finance system)• Ensure the shared drives are updated daily with all work-related reports and client communication.• Drafting of reports for customers which includes capturing of data from available records into the required formats, such as databases, tables, spreadsheets and certificates.• Capturing of proforma invoices and distribution of final invoices to customers• Liaising with accounts team to ensure accounts are up to date and flag any overdue invoices for operations team to action further.• Provide support to other staff members as and when needed.• General administration duties Key Behavior • Excellent attention to detail• Excellent communication skills • Uphold BVIL code of ethics• Be respectful, honest and trustworthy• Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity • Be flexible to adapt to operational requirements• Maintain confidentiality of information *This list is not exhaustive and is subject to change.
