About the role...
Minimum skills, knowledge, experience required: Grade 12 2 years' experience in a similar role Previous experience in completion of call forms Previous experience extracting info for dashboards Support Client Services Manager on all other admin matters At least two years' experience in an administrative role / office admin environment Excellent MS Office skills Essential Competencies: Strong attention to detail Customer centric Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving Ability to work independently Strong communication skills Summary of position / duties: Completion of call forms Loading information on the system Extract info for dashboards Validating store payments General office admin Operation admin and support If you do not hear from us within two weeks, consider your application unsuccessful.
