We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Admin/Personal Assistant to ensure the smooth running of our operations.
Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to management, including handling emails, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
Handle office tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing supplies.
Serve as a point of contact for clients, suppliers, and team members.
Assist with travel arrangements, event planning, and other ad-hoc personal tasks.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.

Requirements: Proven experience as an Admin Assistant or PA (minimum 2 years preferred).

Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
