TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Admin Co-Ordinator within Timber Division at Richards Bay, KZN.Responsibilities And DutiesCompile daily production reportApply moisture and QC adjustmentsUpdate AS400Manage office stationary and diesel ordersInvoicing cash sales, petty cash control, reconciling Flex CardLoading of EFT's for processingGeneral filing duties and document courier controlMinor purchasingCapture and reconcile leave entries, on both payroll and attendance systemPrepare monthly provisions for financial statementsCompile and process creditor and debtor applicationsCompile, check and submit approved creditor invoices for payment to HQSource monthly creditor statements and handle payment queriesCompile documents required for internal and external auditorsQualifications And SkillsMatric / Grade 12 with Mathematics / AccountingComputer literate with advanced level experience using MS Excel and working knowledge of other MS Office packages and ChromeAdvanced numeracy skillsExperience in AS400 (advantageous)Problem-solving skillsAble to work under pressureGood team player
