Purpose of role:Our client is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Admin Clerk for a 4-month contract position in Mobeni.
The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering and be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
This role is essential for maintaining accurate records, ensuring data integrity, and supporting various departments with data-related tasks. DutiesAccurately capture and input data into the company's database systems.Verify and correct data discrepancies.Generate reports and analyse data as required.Collaborate with engineering and other departments to ensure data accuracy.Maintain confidentiality and security of all data.Assist with other administrative tasks as needed. Minimum Educational and Experience Requirements:Must have Grade 12 (Matric) or NQF4 equivalent qualification.Educational background in engineering or related field.Must have clear criminal record.Male candidate preferred.Proven experience in data capturing or a similar role.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good communication skills.
