Our client is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Admin Clerk to join their finance team.Role: Admin ClerkLocation: Johannesburg, SandtonStart date: Immediate This role requires an individual who is organised, efficient, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Minimum QualificationsMatricExperience with Pastel Partner General office administrationCreditorsImportsPurchasingAll other adhoc duties Key Responsibilities:Process and reconcile invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.Manage and maintain accounts payable records, including invoice filing and data entry.Assist in month-end closing processes, including account reconciliations and reporting.Maintain vendor relationships, ensuring timely payments and clear communication.Support the finance team with ad hoc tasks as required.
