Our Sparks & Ellis Team is looking for a dynamic and extremely capable professional candidate who could provide assistance and support to the Sales Agent by responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining sales-related databases. They play a crucial role in ensuring smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities Processing sales.Ensuring Client Satisfaction.Maintain order databases and weekly filing.Update prospect lists.Handle Customer QueriesProviding troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems.Providing data and guides to help the Sales Agent.Developing and monitoring performance indicatorsManaging sales tracking toolsIdentify and Source potential clients.Liaising with buyers and suppliers and customers.Requirements: Valid RSA LicenseCustomer focusHigh professionalIntegrityNumerical SkillsA minimum of 3 years previous Sales experience a mustString numerical skills and finance related qualification would be advantageous.Good verbal & written communication skillsStrong administrative skillsExcellent working knowledge of MS Office, specifically ExcelJob Related Behavioural Competencies.
