We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Coordinator to join a dynamic remote team, a crucial position that plays an integral role in our organization's success.

Responsibilities: Populate and distribute minutes from meetings promptly and accurately Answer phone calls and manage all communications effectively Conduct research on potential rewards and recognition opportunities for the company Enter and update data in various databases and systems accurately Support various projects and initiatives across different departments Provide administrative support to different departments Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks Working Hours: Monday through Friday from 08:30am – 17:00pm (UK Hours) Compensation: R4500 - R5000 per month depending on experience.
40 days of paid leave per year Fully remote working Joining an international organization that promotes and encourages hands-on training, coaching and mentorship Working Conditions: This is a remote position, and you will work from the comfort of your own home.
You will need a computer, and a reliable internet connection.
This is a full-time position, and you will be required to work UK hours.
You will communicate regularly with your team and clients through emails and online platforms.
Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience Strong attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Knowledge of CRM platforms is advantageous Highly reliable and organized Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines Attention to detail and accuracy Willingness to adapt to changing technologies and processes Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Strong command of the English language, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling Must have own laptop and stable internet connection and facilities to work from home.
