RCL FOODS is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to oversee fleet management and fuel card administration.
This role will support the efficient operation of our fleet, handling tasks from tracking vehicle maintenance schedules to managing fuel card usage and ordering of new vehicles and responsible for change of ownership.
The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to operational efficiency and will be the direct point of contact for all vehicle queries and will focus on vechile mileage, fuel, lease terms,  monitor fines and provide overall sales support to the operations department.
