DESIRED EDUCATION: Certificate or Diploma in Office Administration
REQUIRED EXPERIENCEREQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGEComputer literacy in Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)Training and Development policies and proceduresUnderstanding and application of telephone etiquetteUnderstanding of stock control principlesEvent planning and coordinationFormatting and styling of written communication (i.e.
memos, letters, emails, study guides, mail merge)Organisational skillsNursing structure within a hospital and learning centre contextAll applicants will be considered, with the understanding that preference will be given in accordance with the Employment Equity Plan of Mediclinic Southern Africa, as well as internal applicants/employees that meet the minimum requirements.
