Hire Resolve is currently seeking an Admin and Finance Clerk to join our client's team in Mbombela. This role is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to contribute to the efficient functioning of financial and administrative processes within the organisation. Responsibilities Handle general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and correspondence. Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and contribute to budget management. Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail, especially during peak seasons. Process invoices, monitor accounts payable/receivable, and assist with financial reconciliations. Requirements Degree or diploma in finance or a related field. Previous experience in an administrative or finance role preferred. Proficiency in Pastel accounting software is advantageous. Good physical health and the ability to walk around the factory premises for stock counting and other tasks. Strong organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
