Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, HR, or related field.3+ years of experience in academic administration or similar roles.Familiarity with contract management and payroll processes.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Key Responsibilities:Onboarding: Facilitate onboarding and ensure all necessary documentation, contracts, and qualifications are collected and managed.Claims Management: Process claims efficiently, verify submissions, and collaborate with relevant departments to ensure timely payments.Communication: Serve as the liaison between staff and the institution, addressing any administrative queries.Compliance: Ensure all processes comply with legal and institutional policies.Skills and Competencies:Strong attention to detail.Proficient in MS Office and online management systems.Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
