In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise to develop, implement, and refine pricing models that drive business growth and ensure competitive edge in a fast-evolving market.Key Responsibilities:Lead pricing analysis and model development for short-term insurance products, ensuring they align with company objectives and market conditions.Provide expert actuarial advice to stakeholders on pricing, underwriting, and product development strategies.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including underwriting, risk management, and sales, to develop and optimize pricing structures.Monitor and report on the performance of pricing strategies, adjusting as necessary to achieve profitability targets.Contribute to the development of pricing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Mentor junior actuaries and analysts, sharing your knowledge and helping to develop their skills.What Were Looking For:Good exam progression with a strong background in short-term insurance pricing and actuarial modelling.Proven experience in the use of actuarial software, statistical analysis, and pricing techniques (e.g., GLMs, predictive modelling).Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.Experience in leadership or mentoring roles is a plus.
