Your contribution will be Coordinating well-established Face to Face and Call Centre Fundraising programmes in collaboration with agency partnersIdentifying and trialling new individual giving channels and income streams to reach and recruit new donorsUsing data to develop, regularly update and report on acquisitions against targetsDeveloping targeted lead conversion journeys across channelsAssisting with the planning and implementation of eventsYour profile ideally illustrates Several years relevant experience and/or educational backgroundA proven track record in coordinating Face-to-Face Fundraising activities and growing acquisition channelsSeveral years of professional copywriting and/ or marketing experienceA proven track record in individual regular giving programmes and donor retentionsExcellent written and spoken EnglishStrong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with a good understanding of data analysis techniquesExperience with CRM systems such as SalesforceAn independent and organised self-starterGreat affinity to animal welfare and FOUR PAWS' vision and missionOur offer includes The opportunity to truly contribute to global animal welfareA multinational team with the spirit of being ONE FOUR PAWSA dynamic and pleasant working environment in a motivated teamAn attractive and technically advanced officeTraining measures and an eLearning onboarding platformA competitive salary with benefits
