Summary:
• Provides professional planning, coordination, accreditation application and development of programmes and initiatives that are internationally recognised and accredited with industry bodies, in support of KVR Training's accreditation goals and objectives.
• Continually monitors progress toward defined objectives by collecting and analyzing data and communicating with education training and quality assurance (ETQA) staff, and other stakeholders.
• Interfaces with ETQA personnel, academic administrators, external accrediting bodies, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate application, accreditation and registration of various strategic programmes.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Plans, develops, coordinates and implements assessment, accreditation, and academic program review activities; continually monitors progress toward identified goals and objectives in an effort to support continual accreditation of KVR Training.
2. Collects, compiles and analyzes data related to selected qualifications, curriculum standards, enrolment requirements, and other academic activities for the purposes of accreditation, academic program reviews, self-studies, decision-making, and other related activities.
3. Serves as the primary point-of-contact for internal and external constituencies as it relates to KVR Training specific data; directly liaises with accrediting bodies and compiles reports and information for dissemination to the Industry Body administrators and core offices.
4. Develops, implements and evaluates methods for collecting and analyzing data; collaborates with technical personnel and/or directly manages technical platforms for collecting, maintaining and reporting data.
5. Provides technical and professional guidance, consultation and support to faculty, staff, ETQA administrators, and other related personnel as it pertains to KVR Training's progress toward accreditation, collection of data, and other related activities.
6. Interprets assessment findings; analyzes and compiles comprehensive statistical and narrative data; assists with the preparation of official assessment reports to summarize findings.
7. Plans, develops, and implements various special projects as assigned; plans, coordinates, promotes and facilitates special events, programs, and/or activities.
8. Maintains currency of knowledge with respect to the industry, market needs, technology, equipment, and/or systems.
9. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Minimum Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent or, National Diploma or Certificate: Occupationally Directed Education, Training and Development Practices
• At least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
• Completed programme from an accredited institution (CIPS, ASCM) that is above the minimum education requirement would be beneficial.
