Responsibilities:Manage the accounts payable processReview and approve invoices for paymentCheck and release employee expense/travel/subsistence claimsEnsure all vendor inquiries are resolved in a timely mannerMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactionsDevelop and maintain relationships with vendors ensuring accurate payment processingEnsure all invoices are allocated to the correct general ledger accountsManage the month-end close process for accounts payableOversee financial analysis of new and existing suppliersReview supplier reconciliations prepared by the accounts payable teamReview balance sheet reconciliations of accounts payable teamReport on and manage key metrics: DPOs; payment on time; payment errorsManage admin and filingAd hoc duties as required
