We currently have a vacancy for a Key Accounts Representative based at our head office in Pretoria.Duties & ResponsibilitiesAct as the key account representative on behalf of Online Intelligence at selected clients, ensuring the respective clients are professionally serviced at all times aligned to Online Intelligence value system, service level agreement(s) and business ethos.Ensure assigned clients are effectively serviced by the respective Online Intelligence departments and functions.Effectively coordinate/manage projects within the client environment where Online Intelligence has an interest.Ensure the relevant stakeholders, role players and departments are kept up to date with relevant matters and communications both internally in Online Intelligence as well as at the relevant client and/or partner.Facilitate, attend and minute meetings relating to the services and products of Online Intelligence at the assigned clients.Keep Management up to date with developments, opportunities and risks at the respective clients.Drive initiatives to increase the value offering delivered by Online Intelligence through both its software and services.Identify and drive opportunities to expand the utilisation of the relevant offering within the client's environment and operation.Facilitate requirement workshops/meetings during which the business requirement is detailed and documented.Contribute to the design of solutions with the relevant department, personnel and stakeholders to address client requirements.Follow-up and drive activities and actions related to the relevant client, these may include but are not limited to Application Updates, User Acceptance Testing, Support Tickets, Invoices & Quotes, etc.Keep Online Intelligence business systems up to date - Business Link, Support Tickets, Online Intelligence's CiiMS, etc.BrandAssist with the promotion of the Online brand to clients, partners and colleagues.PartnersBuild relationships with partners.Ensure and drive effective communication to partners.Stay abreast of latest partner developments.Assist partners with collaborative client meetings.Client RelationsEnsure the respective clients experience service excellence from the first engagement.Routine follow-up with clients regarding satisfaction and solution expansion.Build and maintain client and industry relationships.Desired Experience & QualificationSouth African CitizenMinimum Grade 12 CertificateRelevant Degree or qualification will be advantageousExperience working in a corporate environmentExperience working in the security/risk industryProject Management or Coordination ExperienceExperience working with CiiMS will be highly beneficialQuick learner on software applicationsDriver's LicenseOwn VehicleRequirementsProject coordination / managementAccount ManagementTeam WorkStrong AdministrationConflict ManagementBusiness AcumenAbility to understand client requirements and translate into a solutionAbility to communicate effectively, both orally and in writingHigh level of computer literacy with proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPointGood knowledge and working experience on Windows Outlook and InternetEffective planning, organised, multitasking and time management skillsAbility to work with minimum supervisionNo criminal record and a lifestyle that can stand up to intense vetting and clearance scrutinyProficient in English
