Position available by a well-established Alberton based Architectural Firm.
This role requires commitment, dedication, punctuality, and someone who is focused on their job.
Minimum Requirements:
Fluent in the English language.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Efficient typing abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Previous Accounts experience advantageous.
Valid driver's license is required.
One would be expected to assist in/adopt additional duties as required.
Duties will include:
Debtors (Clients)
Prepare client reconciliations and collection of outstanding moneys.
Ensure that client files are up to date with correspondence.
Allocation of receipts, processing of Proforma and Tax Invoices on a monthly basis.
Accounting Package Input/Changes
Develop the accounting package to return monthly cash flow projections, detailed ledgers, project analysis reports, VAT reports, etc.
Reports/forms development and implementation to ensure all answers are a button away.
Establish an easy way to run accounts department processes in sync with the rest of the office.
Other Property Management
Implement & update new system to keep track of readings, receipts, municipal accounts, and levies.
Sending out Invoice/Statements on time each month.
Sorting out municipal and owner queries as and when they arise.
Managing Petty Cash
Maintain and co-ordinate all petty cash books and payments.
Update petty cash sheet.
Balance petty cash books on a monthly basis.
Reception
Welcoming clients to the office.
Stock take and ordering of office supplies and perishables.
Assisting with drawing office tasks.
Maintaining a neat and clean work environment.
