Accounts Receivable Supervisor

Job Description: As the Accounts Receivable Supervisor, your duties and responsibilities include the following: Ensure prompt collection of outstanding payments to maintain healthy cash flow Oversee risk assessment and liquidity management to safeguard financial stability Establish and drive monthly collection targets for both the business and the team Assist the Accounts Receivable team in resolving queries while promoting collaboration and ongoing development Assign responsibilities effectively to enhance team efficiency Delegate tasks Monitor team growth Coordinate with customers, branch managers and account custodians to manage overdue accounts Oversee reporting functions to ensure accurate financial documentation Supervise cash allocations, ensuring precise allocation to accounts Review the credit policy and customer trading terms annually to maintain compliance with relevance Skills & Experience: 3-5 years of experience within as an Accounts Receivable Supervisor Advanced Excel Skills Proficiency in Sage evolution and Pastel Excellent communication skills Qualification: Relevant Finance or Accounting qualification Matric (Grade 12) Contact JENELLE COOKSON on 021 418 1750 , quoting the Ref: CTF019716.
