Requirements: Certificate: Supervision, Grade 12 with Mathematics and Accounting Call Centre experience Debtors experience Experience in a medical environment Knowledge of Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA) Knowledge of Google and Google Mail Knowledge of Meditech system Knowledge of MS Excel Senior and/or supervisory or managerial experience Key Responsibilities: Compile and provide management with reports to assist with decision making. Maintain good client relations to promote the image of Ampath. Motivate, guide and train subordinates to ensure effective functioning.
