Duties:Oversee the entire accounts receivable function, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and collections.Manage and mentor a team of accounts receivable professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.Develop and implement effective processes and procedures to optimize cash flow and reduce outstanding debt.Analyze accounts receivable data to identify trends and provide insights for strategic decision-making.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer disputes and ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations.Maintain the legal book and oversee the legal process related to collections and debt recovery.Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable performance and present findings to senior management. Qualifications & skills:Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable, with 2-3 years in a managerial role.Experience in the FMCG industry is highly desirable.Strong understanding of legal processes related to collections and debt recovery.Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
