Accounts Receivable Manager

Our client is currently on the lookout for an Accounts Receivable Manager to join their team permanently in Pretoria East. Duties:Oversea debtors teamManage credit and collections functionDevelop and implement credit policies and procedures.Leadership and training innovationWork closely with the sales and finance departments to align credit policies with business goals.Assist in the negotiation of payment terms with customers.Ensure all credit activities comply with internal policies and external regulations.Stay up to date with changes in credit management best practices and legal requirements. Qualifications & Experience:5 Years experience in a managerial roleBCom Accounting or Diploma in Financial Accounting/ Credit ManagementAbility to handle stress/ pressurised environmentManagement experience is essentialAdvanced skills in MS Excell
