Accounts Receivable

Key ResponsibilitiesPerforms Accounts Receivable functions including cancelling/raising invoices, manual Excel reconciliations, invoice or payment method checks, aging reports, and account reconciliationProcessing of bank transactions and doing reconciliationsProcessing of credit card and debit order paymentsPerforms month-end closing and reconciliationReconcile, investigate, correct, and adjust accounting informationOral & written communication with clients regarding payments received, expected, and updating of clients' account details (US & UK)Supports department peers as neededRequirementsImmediately available (non-negotiable)5 years of Microsoft Excel (Sums/V-Lookup/Pivot tables) reporting and working experience including accounts receivable, month-end closing and bank reconciliationCredit card & Debit order payment environmentExcellent oral & written communicationDetail orientated.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, organized, able to prioritize and work independentlyExceptionally self-motivated and directedRegular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position
