Accounts Receivable (French Speaking Only)

ENVIRONMENT: A Germany-based company that's all about innovation and growth is on the lookout for a Accounts Receivable who speaks French. In this role, you'll be responsible for following up on unpaid invoices by sending reminders, making calls, and ensuring all open invoices get paid. You'll also be using the New Inkasso tool to keep invoice statuses updated daily. DUTIES: Collect payments for overdue invoices by phone and email. Supervision of dunning. Implementation of receivables management by telephone. Checking and recording of incoming payments. Conducting written correspondence and negotiations with debtors, lawyers, and other third parties. Support of our customers with billing questions. Constant maintenance of customer master data.
