The candidate's main function would be to accurately manage and process tasks on a weekly, monthly, and ad hoc basis.
To ensure all business-related functions are carried out efficiently in accordance with company policies, procedures, and work practices, and to meet all statutory compliance requirements.
Job Description

Oversee billing team in India
Manage billing closure deadlines
Handle monthly Multichoice journals movements
Process Opia/Diageo affiliate offsets
Conduct daily banking
Manage withholding tax
Prepare monthly age analyses for JHB & CT Clusters
Suppress credits and invoices
Reconcile client PO's
Manage banner heads in NAV to drive stationery
Handle Transunion
Export error - chase
Manage dimensions in NAV
Monitor bank charges
Chase internal vs external line items
Credit control
Prepare cash flow forecast
Conduct monthly debtors meetings
Manage bank transfers
Issue vouchers to staff
