Accounts Receivable Administrator

An entertainment company is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Administrator to join their finance team. As an Accounts Receivable Administrator , you will responsible for the following: Monitor and manage Route Monitoring Systems, addressing adjustments, queries, and cash-ups. Record, track, and follow up on generated revenue. Ensure compliance with internal and external policies, procedures, and regulations from relevant regulatory authorities. Create and distribute invoices to sites. Collect weekly revenue from sites. Reconcile and process site commissions on a monthly basis. Prepare and generate a weekly revenue collection report. Handle monthly government duty payments. Produce monthly statements and prepare reports for Area Managers. Set up new sites in the accounting system. Capture transactions and adjustments in Great Plains. Job Experience and Skills Required: Completed Matric Studying towards a finance qualification would be advantageous Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
