Accounts & Procurement Administrator

AC Direct is looking for an experienced, hardworking and dedicated individual who is willing to add value and grow in an exciting and ever-growing e-commerce store. AC Direct is the largest supplier of Air Conditioning, Solar, Home Appliances, Heat Pumps & more online in South Africa and also offers a wide range of other products. We have offices and warehouses throughout the country.

The position currently available is for an accounts & procurement administrator in our Johannesburg Head Office. This individual will be working with debtors & creditors as well as other related accounts & procurement duties.
Responsibilities

Processing of creditors invoices & producing GRV's
Debtors & Creditors reconciliations
General accounts & procurement duties

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in accounts or procurement
Matric Certificate with higher grade mathematics

Skills

Strong organisational & analytical skills
Good interpersonal & leadership skills
Good communication skills in English
Applicants must have their own transport to and from work (Randvaal area)
