Reference: NPr000823-EHo-1A multinational conglomerate seeks to employ experienced Accounts Payable / Creditors Senior Clerks to join their dynamic finance team, based in Cape Town CBD.Duties & ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will form part of the Finance Shared Service Centre and will play a key role in the daily, weekly and monthly Procure-to-Pay and Purchase Order teams.Duties will include, but are not limited to:Ensure global payment procedures and payments processes are adhered toProcessing of supplier invoicesSupplier statementsAllocation of paymentsMonitor systems and processesCashflow forecast assistanceEducation Requirements:Completed Matric (Grade 12)Job Requirements and Skills:4 to 5 years in a creditors / accounts payable role is essentialShared Services Centre experience highly preferredStrong working knowledge of multi-currency transactionsProficient in MS packagesDeadline drivenAbility to work in a high pressure, fast paced environmentTeam playerIf this sounds like you; please do not hesitate to apply!
