Accounts Payable & Payroll Coordinator (Steamboat Springs)Northwest Colorado Health is seeking an Accounts Payable and Payroll Coordinator with the passion and skills to assist in maintaining the internal accounting system by ensuring payroll, accounts payable and general accounting tasks are accomplished within agreed upon time frames. We have been providing primary healthcare to residents since 2008. Today, you will join a healthcare organization and a staff of 11 providers at four locations, delivering primary medical, dental and behavioral health care to more than 5,500 patients. We have high expectations for you as an Accounts Payable and Payroll Coordinator. We need you to: Handle daily incoming Agency mail: Sorts and routes mail to appropriate staff. Makes check copies and records checks received.Ensure that all agency expenses are paid in a timely manner and recorded to the correct department, program, grant and fiscal periods. This may include the actual coding of approved invoices.Process payroll by reviewing timesheets, making corrections and importing into accounting system.You should also have high expectations for Northwest Colorado Health as an employer. We offer a salary that meets market values for the Colorado area and is based on experience. The salary range for this full time, 40 hour a week position located in Routt County is $21.00-$30.00 and is eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Long-Term Disability, Short-Term Disability, Paid Time Off and our 403(b) Retirement Plan.
