Accounts Payable Manager

Job & Company DescriptionsA holding company of South Africa in the Group Shared Services division is currently looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to join their team.
This individual are responsible for the full operation of the Accounts Payable Department. As an Accounts Payable Manager you will responsible for the following:Manage monthly closing of financial recordsDirect and control all accounts payable workflowAssist in the audit process, review and present supporting documentationRevolve any issue within the departmentOversee the departments effort to captureEnsure all data is correct on the systemEstablish and monitor procedures for the Accounts Payable functionEstablish and implement best practicesDevelop, implement and maintain systemsPrepare and recommend operating and personnel budgets for approvalPrepare operational reports monthlyPrepare monthly ledger recons between subledger accounts Job Experience and Skills Required:Completed Bcom in business admin, accounting or financeMinimum 10 years experience in a similar roleManagement experience is preferredExcellent attention to detailGroup Shared services are a non-negotiable Experience in Sharepoint document management
