Duties: Lead and mentor a talented team while providing hands-on support Oversee and manage all aspects of accounts payable processes Drive system updates, integration, and problem-solving initiatives Prepare and review audit reports ensuring compliance and accuracy Implement innovative strategies to streamline accounting processes and optimize reconciliation Requirements: Matric and a Degree/Diploma in Finance 8 years' experience in Accounts Payable (non-negotiable) Proven track record with 5 years' experience managing teams Expertise in a Shared Services environment Advanced Excel skills to excel in this role
