Provide timely and accurate financial transaction recording and relevant info to stakeholders. Your role is crucial in maintaining robust financial controls and policies.ResponsibilitiesPreparing, recording, verifying and responding to vendor queries.Processing invoices and preparing weekly and monthly payments.Developing, directing, planning and evaluating accounts payable policies and procedures, and ensuring external and internal controls and policies are adhered to.Processing employee expenses reimbursement requests for payment.Following set instructions and processes to complete work.Identifying the problem and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assessing each using standard procedures and making sound decisions.Assisting with New Financial System testing and migration to the new software.Assisting with Royalties and Aged Liabilities reports as well as Data Cleanse Project.RequirementsHold a background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Be proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Possess previous accounting experience.Possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Be able to work independently and as part of a team.Work in a way that works for youWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
