Let's make finance fun and embark on this thrilling adventure together As the Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for the below: Verify, classify, and record accounts payable data. Onboard new suppliers into accounting and banking applications per regional procedures. Process outgoing payments in line with financial policies and procedures. Reconcile vendor accounts and weekly statements to identify and investigate discrepancies. Process employee expenses in compliance with financial policies and procedures. Understand expense accounts and cost centres for accurate allocation. Assist with finance-related administrative tasks. Report on vendor account status and identified discrepancies. Communicate promptly with vendors and stakeholders. Collaborate closely with operations teams. Escalate unresolved queries to the reporting line promptly. Assist with audit requests related to AP samples. Structure work hours to ensure continuity across global time zones. Support any additional administrative tasks assigned by your line manager. Job Experience and Skills Required: Completed Diploma in Accounting and related field. 5 years experience in a similar role in finance.
